About me
I'm an experienced project manager in the events and live entertainment industry, with a strong focus on strategy, structure, and collaboration. I bring stakeholders together, streamline processes, and turn ambitious plans into smoothly executed events. From coordinating major festivals to managing F&B operations and organizing award shows, I combine hands-on leadership with smart planning and a focus on results.
I'm also a lecturer at Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where I teach sport and event management to future professionals and where I lead the Movement Domain.

Founder & Senior Event Project Manager | Event Operations Consultancy I run my own consultancy company, specialising in event operations and project management across the sports and live entertainment industries. I work on a wide range of events, from festivals and concerts to major sporting events and corporate productions. Depending on the client's needs, I either manage projects from concept to execution or provide specialised expertise in specific areas of event operations. Over the years, I've built a strong network of industry professionals, suppliers and production partners. However, I operate independently, without exclusive ties to any particular company or supplier, allowing me to offer objective advice and flexible solutions. My strength lies in combining strategic thinking with hands-on operational experience. Clients can rely on my expertise wherever it adds the most value, whether that's leading an entire project or strengthening an existing production team.
