To and from Lofty, Follow Up Boss, kvcore/Boldtrail and others, via CSV export or direct transfer where allowed

What data can be migrated?

Contacts, tags, notes, tasks, lead sources and deal stages, depending on what your old Crm exports

Will I lose data?

I verify counts before and after, and report anything that couldn't transfer

What if I only have a spreadsheet?

That works. Send the CSV or Excel file and I'll map the columns and import it.

Do you remove duplicates?

Yes. I clean duplicates and fix formatting (phone numbers, emails, names) before importing.

How many contacts can you move?

Basic covers up to 1,000, Standard 5,000 and Premium 15,000. Larger volumes on request

Do you need my login?

I need access to both systems, or your exported files. Share access through your own settings and remove it after delivery

Do you work with real estate teams, not just solo agents?

Yes. For team accounts with multiple agents/lead routing, go with Premium so pipeline and assignment rules are set up correctly.

Is my data safe?

I only use your data for the migration, keep files private and delete my copies after delivery.

Can you keep my tags and stages?

Yes. I map them to the new CRM and rename them if needed.
