Which CRMs can you migrate from?
Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Chime, or a raw CSV export. Message me if yours isn't listed, most contact-based CRMs can be mapped.
What do you need from me to start?
Login access or an exported CSV, plus how you want contacts tagged/organized (by lead source, stage, etc). I'll confirm scope before starting.
Will duplicate contacts be merged or deleted?
Deleted by default, unless you want them merged with notes preserved. Let me know your preference before I start.
Do you set up automations or just migrate data?
Data migration and organization is the core service. Automation/smart plan setup is Premium tier only, message me for custom automation-only quotes if you need FUB↔Lofty sync work.
Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
One-time by default. If you need monthly CRM maintenance after migration, message me for a custom recurring package.
Can you migrate Zillow and Realtor.com leads too?
Yes, as long as they're already in your old CRM or in a CSV export, they'll be mapped and tagged by source.
What if my contact list has custom fields or notes?
I'll map custom fields where possible and preserve notes during transfer. Flag any must-keep fields before I start.
Do you work with real estate teams, not just solo agents?
Yes. For team accounts with multiple agents/lead routing, go with Premium so pipeline and assignment rules are set up correctly.
What happens if my contact count is higher than the tier limit?
No problem, message me your exact count first and I'll send a custom quote so nothing gets rushed or left out.
