Yes. Basic provides a review and amendment checklist. If you need the changes drafted, send the document and your requirements for a tailored quote. Standard covers a complete CIO constitution draft.
I do not have any governing documents. Which package should I choose?
Choose Standard for one CIO constitution or Premium for a constitution plus three trustee governance documents. Basic is for reviewing an existing document and identifying changes.
What trustee policies are included in Premium?
Premium includes a trustee code of conduct, conflicts of interest policy and trustee meeting procedures. Safeguarding, financial controls and other operational policies can be added through a tailored offer.
Can you prepare foundation and association CIO constitutions?
Yes. Tell me whether voting membership will be limited to trustees or include a wider membership. I will use your agreed governance arrangements to prepare the selected constitution.
Can you provide editable files and help with later changes?
Standard and Premium include editable Word documents and PDFs. Revisions cover the original brief during the order. Later changes to your activities, membership or governance can be handled as a separate update.
Will these documents resolve Charity Commission concerns?
Send the Commission’s wording before ordering so I can assess the requested amendments. A separate application review or Commission response draft can be added. Acceptance remains the Commission’s decision.
