Turn messy spreadsheets into a consistent table for reporting, analysis or your next workflow. I clean, combine and validate Excel or CSV data using agreed rules.
All packages cover up to 10 matching-layout files, 5,000 total rows and 20 columns.
BASIC: Standardize formats, sort, merge and remove exact duplicates.
STANDARD: Basic plus up to 5 correction/validation rules using one supplied reference table and exact matching IDs.
PREMIUM: Standard plus 1 agreed summary table and 1 Excel chart linked to the delivered data.
You receive checked output, a separate exception list and a change log with before/after row counts. Original files remain unchanged. Missing facts, conflicting matches and uncertain values are flagged, not guessed.
I hold an MSc in Food Science from UBC and have research-technician experience in data analysis and technical documentation.
One revision covers the original scope. Send a sample and desired result before ordering for different layouts, larger datasets or unusual tasks. Manual research, fuzzy matching, PDF extraction, macros, formula repair, dashboards and advanced statistics need separate review.

Only when you provide an explicit rule or reliable reference. Otherwise I flag missing values and ambiguous duplicates for your review. Original files remain unchanged, and removed or changed records are documented.
