• I will create 3D renders for interiors, apartments, villas, 3D floor plans, coffee bars, shops, restaurants, and houses.
• I use SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape for 3D work, and AutoCAD for 2D drawings.
• I provide high-quality realistic render images.

I can provide revisions for your desired render (materials, perspectives, etc.).

Additional revisions may cost extra.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• A written brief in PDF, PowerPoint, or Word format.
• Reference images, idea pictures, and material preferences (required for every order).
• Accurate room measurements in PDF or AutoCAD format (required for every order).
• I can deliver the final render in any format you need.
