What's the difference between 3D puff and flat embroidery?
3D puff uses a foam layer underneath the stitching to raise the design, giving it a 3D, textured look, common on caps and hats. Flat embroidery sits directly on the fabric. I can digitize either, and can advise which suits your design if you're not sure.
Can you digitize caps and hats specifically?
Yes, cap digitizing accounts for the curve of the panel and tighter placement margins, which is different from digitizing for flat fabric. This gig is built specifically for cap and hat production.
Does 3D puff work with any logo?
3D puff works best with bold shapes, letters, and simple fonts rather than fine detail or very small text, since the foam layer limits fine precision. If your design is highly detailed, I'll let you know whether puff is a good fit or suggest flat embroidery instead.
What file formats do you provide?
DST, PES, JEF, EMB and other formats are available on request, just tell me your machine brand.
How quickly can you deliver?
Standard delivery is 1–2 days depending on package. Multi-position cap designs (front + side, for example) may need the Premium package for accurate timing.
