I manage the full behind-the-scenes production and community operations for the Hood Report, a rapidly growing sports podcast and digital media brand. My role covers everything from technical livestream management to audience engagement, post-production work, and platform coordination across YouTube, Patreon, and Discord. During live shows, I handle all stream operations through OBS — setting up scenes, monitoring audio and camera feeds, adjusting layouts, and keeping the broadcast smooth and stable. I troubleshoot issues in real time, manage transitions, and make sure the overall presentation stays clean and professional. Outside of live broadcasts, I handle editing full episodes, cutting highlight clips, and creating short-form content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. I also help structure and post exclusive content for Patreon, organize the release schedule, and ensure supporters receive a consistent experience. On top of production work, I manage the official Hood Report Discord community. This includes setting up channels, moderating discussions, creating engagement events, posting updates, and coordinating announcements around new episodes, merch drops, and livestreams. My goal is to keep the community active, informed, and excited about the brand. Overall, I focus on keeping the show running smoothly behind the scenes while helping the team maintain quality, consistency, and a growing online presence.
