FAQ
Do I need to have a Canva Pro subscription?
No, I always create my templates using only free elements. However, if you do have a Pro subscription already I can design your order using Pro elements.
How will I receive my Instagram Templates?
Once the design is approved I will upload a PDF file with links to open Instagram templates directly into your own Canva account. Make sure to download the file to your computer because the PDF files are not clickable on your phone.
What type of work is not included?
Any of the custom copywriting, actual content creation, and editing of your content, creating text, photos, and videos.
Can you create templates with the actual content?
If you do have your content ready, I can use it in the designs, if you don't I will use placer text as content. However, if you'd like me to create the content please contact me beforehand to discuss availability and pricing.
