The delivery time is stated on the gig details. Then, as I am available 24/7, your project should have proceeded sooner. There is also a 1-day delivery service available for those who need a quicker turnaround time.
3. What should I do if I'm not 100% sure about my design?

4. What is the difference between commercial use and copyright?
Commercial use (in the premium package) means you can use the design for any commercial purposes. Then, if you need a letter signed by both parties, then it is a copyright agreement letter.
5. What is the difference between Vector Files and Source Files?
A vector file is a format of your logo that can be scaled to any size without losing its original quality. It is useful if you wish to print out the design. Meanwhile, the source file is the master file of your design, and it's the editable file for your design. And you will be getting both files
6. What should be prepared to order a design?
Basic information about the project, figure, text, or any references would be helpful!
7. What kind of design styles can I work with?

8. Do you use AI-generated content in your design process?
No, all my designs are 100% hand-drawn and created without the use of AI. I start by sketching the concepts in Procreate on my iPad, then refine and finalize each design in Adobe Illustrator on my computer, ensuring every detail is crafted by hand.
9. What are the differences between the 3 packages offered?
Basic: 1 concept, B&W, colored design, JPG , PNG. Standard: 1 concept, B&W, colored, JPG, PNG, Source File .ai (editable in adobe illustrator) & .eps Premium: 2 concepts to choose, detailed design, B&W, colored, JPG file, PNG file, Source file (vector) .ai (editable in adobe illustrator)
10. What final deliverables are included?
For every package, I provide .jpg and .png files, as well as the source files in .ai and .eps formats. The premium package also includes .pdf and .svg files (by request)
