What access do you need?
Admin-level WordPress dashboard access. Hosting access may be required for higher tiers. All credentials kept confidential
Will you break anything on my site?
I always create a full backup before touching anything. If something goes wrong it gets restored immediately.
How is this different from your monthly plan?
This is a single one-time service. The monthly plan covers ongoing maintenance every month. Start here to try before committing.
What if I need content updates?
Content updates (text changes, image swaps, adding pages) are included in Standard and Premium tiers.
How long does it take?
All tiers are completed within 14 days. Most jobs are delivered ahead of schedule.
Do you work on non-WordPress sites?
This gig is specifically for WordPress. For Wix or HTML sites message me for a custom quote.
What's not included?
Design changes, new page builds, ecommerce modifications, and custom development are scoped separately.
Do you provide a report after?
Yes. Every tier includes a delivery report. Premium includes a full audit report with recommendations.
Can I upgrade to a monthly plan after?
Yes — and I'd recommend it. After your one-time service I'll send details on monthly retainer options.
Do you offer refunds?
If work has not yet begun a full refund is available. Once in progress refunds are not issued, but I'll make it right if there's an issue.
