Spreadsheets get messy fast. Duplicate rows. Three different date formats. Postcodes in upper and lower case. Typos in customer names. Numbers stored as text.

I fix all of it.

What I do:

• Remove exact and near-duplicate rows (same customer, same job, booked twice under different reference numbers)
• Standardise dates, postcodes, and text formatting so every row matches
• Fix obvious typos in names and categories
• Convert mixed units (e.g. kg and tonnes in the same column) into one clean format
• Drop rows that are missing the data you actually need (e.g. no customer name)
• Hand back a clean file, ready for invoicing, reporting, or importing anywhere

Your data stays with me. I process everything locally on my own hardware it never goes near a cloud AI service or an online converter. If your file contains customer or employee details, that matters. Plenty of sellers will run your data through whatever free website they can find.
