What types of text can you translate or write?
I handle general articles, product descriptions, business emails, resumes, essays and other daily & commercial texts. I do NOT work on legal contracts, medical documents or academic thesis for publication.
Does the word count include spaces?
Word count follows standard English word count rules, counting English words only. Chinese characters will be converted to estimated English words for pricing.
What does basic document formatting include?
Basic formatting adjusts fonts, paragraphs and line spacing. Complex layouts, tables, images and graphic design are not included. It is free for Premium package and available as an extra add-on for Basic & Standard orders.
Can I request revisions after delivery?
Each package includes free revisions as listed. Extra revision rounds can be purchased via add-ons. Revisions are limited to adjusting wording within the original scope of your order.
