Hi, I'm Stuart. Between family life and a full house renovation (bathrooms, painting, plumbing, tiling and everything which goes with a renovation), I've become good at two things: unsticking DIY projects, and unsticking companies that won't respond to complaints. I've run consumer disputes across flights, events and retailers, escalating through formal ADR schemes and the courts as needed.
