I will floor plans and lighting design

I will design floor plans and lighting design for your house and provide detailed documents of Architectural drawings and Perspective renders of All four sides in Day light and night time.

The source file in BIM and Rhino 7 will be provided for later usage for readjustments or Engineering and other disciplinary works.

3D modeling and drafts will be documented in Autodesk Revit.

I'd also like to be a part of a team of Architects needing another freelancer member.

As my work flow described I will consider to taking charge from any phrase of your project that need to work on. Renovations are also possible with proper documents from previous construction.
