Do I need to contact you before ordering?
No. Standard orders can be placed directly. Choose your package, upload your artwork, and submit the order. Please contact me only for unusually large or custom projects.
Will my artwork be changed or regenerated by AI?
No. Your original artwork is preserved and placed into prepared interior mockup scenes. I do not regenerate or alter your artwork with generative AI.
What file formats can I send?
High-resolution JPG or PNG files are preferred. If your artwork has transparency or unusual dimensions, PNG is recommended.
What does a revision include?
Revisions cover placement, rendering, or production issues caused by me. Replacing or changing the submitted artwork after production has started is considered new production.
Do you provide the PSD or source mockup files?
No. This Gig delivers final high-resolution mockup images. The underlying mockup templates and production files are not included.
Do you support diptych and triptych artwork?
Yes. Diptych and triptych sets can be supported where the selected mockup scenes are suitable.
