I connected with the operations manager of FreshTrack Delivery Services through a LinkedIn referral. They were looking for a Glide app developer to help them track deliveries and manage their drivers more efficiently. Before working with me, they were managing delivery orders through phone calls and spreadsheets which caused delays and confusion for their dispatch team. I created a structured Airtable database to manage delivery orders, drivers, routes, and customer information. Using this database, I developed a Glide mobile app that allowed drivers to receive delivery assignments, update delivery status, and upload proof of delivery directly from their phones. I met the owner of GreenShelf Retail Supplies through Fiverr when he was searching for someone who could help him organize his inventory system. His store was growing fast, but he was still tracking products, stock levels, and suppliers using different spreadsheets. Because of this, he often had issues with missing stock updates and duplicate product records. After discussing his workflow, I created a structured Airtable database to manage products, suppliers, stock quantities, and purchase records. I also designed Airtable interfaces so his staff could easily update stock levels without touching the main database tables. To reduce manual work, I added automation workflows that notify the team when stock levels are low and automatically update inventory records when new stock is added.
