3D mock ups that we provide in JPEG are for presentation purposes only. Most of the time we customize the mock ups based on 2D vectors. We DO NOT use 3D rendering software to create the mock ups so they may not be exact scaled to dimensions or look 100% realistic.

After receiving the gig requirements, we will deliver the design concept within the stated delivery time. Clients can then request for revisions and once perfected we proceed with production of final deliverables.

1. All necessary information (logo, text information, colors etc…) to be included in the design 2. The type and dimension of your packaging 3. Visual references (mood board) so that we get a solid idea about your desired design outcome.

Displayed delivery time is only meant for first delivery of design proposal, not including time for revisions. On average branding project takes up to 1-2 week for full completion.

A revision is simply meant to be slight modifications (text/font/color/composition) to an initially presented design concept to progress towards the final design, typically a change of less than 1/3 of the initial design. Note that a revision does not equal to receiving a brand new design concept.

You will receive an outlined AI printing file (*text/graphic not editable) for printing purposes and a PDF file for your preview purposes. Fully editable AI source file can be purchased at 100% of package price per file/design.

Once the order is marked as completed, the client will acquire the rights to use the final artwork commercially. The designer retains the right to display the final artwork, or any versions created in the process to showcase in her portfolio (on any platform) for promotional purposes.

Legally, native files are the intellectual property of the creator/designer. By purchasing the native source file, we sell the ownership rights to the client. You will then own rights make edits/updates or repurpose the template to create similar works or edited versions of the final artwork.
