Does the agent send proposals automatically?
It can generate drafts. Sending is included only when explicitly scoped, connected and tested, with an agreed human approval gate. The demo assistant itself does not send messages or write to a CRM.
Which CRM can you connect?
We review your CRM API, plan, permissions and required fields before ordering. A supported integration can be built in n8n or Make.com within the package limits. Unsupported access requires an agreed alternative scope.
How do the package limits work?
Basic: 1 API, 2 triggers/actions, 2 tools. Standard: 2 APIs, 4 triggers/actions, 3 tools. Premium: 3 APIs, 6 triggers/actions, 4 tools. AI connections count toward APIs. Each package covers one agreed assistant or workflow.
What do you need to start?
Your sales process, qualification criteria, current tools, approved proposal template and fictional sample enquiries. Configure credentials in your own accounts. We agree deliverables, access and acceptance tests before ordering.
Are hosting and AI usage included?
No. This is a one-time development service. Clients pay hosting, AI/API usage, testing credits and app subscriptions separately. Maintenance is optional and quoted separately.
What will I receive and what do revisions cover?
You receive the agreed assistant/workflow, setup and handover instructions, and an export where supported. Revisions are 1/2/3 by tier and cover agreed scope. New features require a separate quote. No revenue guarantee.
