What is RAG and why does my chatbot need it?
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) lets the chatbot search your specific documents or website before answering. Without it, the bot only knows what GPT-4o was trained on. With RAG, it answers accurately based on your actual content.
Which platforms can I embed the chatbot on?
Any website (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Shopify, custom HTML) via an embed script. For chat apps: WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, Slack. I can also build a standalone React widget.
How do I update the chatbot's knowledge after delivery?
I deliver with a simple re-ingestion pipeline. You drop new documents into a folder (Google Drive, Notion, or S3) and run a script — or I can make it fully automatic on a schedule.
Will the chatbot remember what users said in previous sessions?
The Smart RAG Bot tier includes within-session memory. Full AI Assistant includes persistent cross-session memory stored per user ID, so the bot recalls past conversations.
How do you prevent the chatbot from making things up?
I use strict system prompting, source-grounded responses with citations, confidence thresholds, and fallback escalation. If the bot isn't sure, it says so and offers to connect the user to a human.
Can the chatbot capture leads and send them to my CRM?
Yes. I build lead capture flows into the conversation and push collected data (name, email, need) to HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, or any CRM with an API.
