Will my data stay private?
Yes. I don't share, store, or reuse anything you send me. If you want me to sign an NDA before you share your file, just message me and I will.
What format should I send my data in?
Excel, CSV, or a Google Sheets link all work. If your data is stuck inside a CRM or some other tool, you can usually export it as a CSV from the reports or settings page. Not sure how? Send me a screenshot of the tool and I'll help you figure it out.
My data is messy. Is that a problem?
Not at all, that's most of what I do. Duplicates, weird date formats, blank rows, columns that should've been merged years ago. Cleaning is included in every package.
What if I don't know what questions to ask?
Pretty common. A lot of people come to me saying "I just feel like there's something in this data but I don't know what." That's part of what I do. I'll go through it and tell you what stands out.
Do you do ongoing monthly analysis?
Yes. A lot of clients move to a monthly arrangement after the first project. There's a monthly retainer in the extras, or message me and we can sort out something custom.
