I designed and implemented a scalable GoHighLevel CRM and automation system for CASCCO Creatives, a tattoo artist management and booking platform. The project focused on transforming a manually managed booking and payout process into a structured operational system with clear visibility and automated workflows. I built a dedicated CASCCO Operations Pipeline covering the complete booking lifecycle: Booking Submitted → Payment Received → Awaiting Assignment → Artist Assigned → Appointment Completed → Payout Approval Pending → Payout Approved → Payout Sent, with a dedicated cancellation/refund stage.
