Not for US 409A compliance or court-admissible valuations. Those need a licensed local appraiser, and I'll say so if that's what you need.

How the ouput is shared?
Valuation exercise is shared in Excel sheet (with no protected sheets) for you to be able to make changes on your own at future date! For an additional fee, a detailed valuation report is created (the write-up) and demonstrated in professional presentation.
I'm pre-revenue. Can you still value me?
Yes. That's what Scorecard, Berkus and the VC method are for. I'll tell you which one your investor is likely using.
Is this a 409A?
No. 409A needs an independent US appraiser. This is a fundraising and negotiation valuation.
What do you need?
Your deck, any financials or model, the round you're planning, and any investor feedback you've already had.
Can you value a business I want to buy?
