FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Basic covers 1 existing post, Standard covers 3 and Premium covers 5. Each post can contain up to 1,500 words before updates. All packages include implementation and a change report on one English-language website.
Can you make the updates directly in WordPress or Wix?
Yes, with suitable WordPress or Wix collaborator access. I work within your existing editing setup and follow your approval instructions before saving changes to live posts. For WordPress metadata, I use your available SEO settings or existing SEO plugin.
Do you rewrite the whole article or update old information?
I make light edits covering up to 200 words of existing body text per post, using your approved updates or sources. Metadata and heading edits are separate. Full rewrites, new articles and extensive fact-checking are outside these packages.
Is keyword research included?
I research 5 relevant phrases per post, select a primary phrase and suggest natural related terms for the existing topic. I can work around your supplied target keyword. Full keyword strategy, competitor research and search-volume reports are outside the package.
How many links and image alt texts are included?
Up to 5 internal link changes and 5 existing-image alt texts per post. A link added, updated or removed at one location counts as one change, including broken internal links. Links are used only where relevant; new images and redirects are outside the package.
Do you create CTAs and FAQs?
I format or tidy 1 existing or supplied CTA block and up to 3 existing or supplied FAQ items per post. Please provide approved wording for new claims or offers. Writing new CTA or FAQ copy and adding FAQ schema are outside these packages.
What will I receive when the work is finished?
You receive the agreed updates in your website and a spreadsheet change report showing post URLs, before/after metadata, key edits, link changes, keyword phrases and final check notes. Content gaps that need more writing are listed as recommendations.
What does a revision include?
Basic and Standard include 1 revision round; Premium includes 2. A round covers adjustments to the agreed updates on the original selected posts. Additional posts, new directions or work beyond the listed limits require a separate quote.
Can you guarantee better rankings or traffic?
No. I deliver the agreed content and on-page improvements, but rankings and traffic depend on several factors. Backlinks, sitewide SEO audits, technical fixes, schema development and URL changes are outside this gig.
