Is my copyright licence exclusive?
No, it's a non-exclusive copyright licence: I keep the right to license, sell or use any content created for marketing purposes.
Can I get an exclusive licence?
Yes. If you wish to get an exclusive copyright licence, an extra fee of 50 USD per photo/gif will be charged. Consequently, my business and I lose the right to license, sell or use the content created for you for our marketing purposes.
How do I get my items to you?
Once an order has been confirmed, you will be provided with our delivery information. You are responsible for all shipping fees, duty or customs fees. Damage to items in transit will be your responsibility, and if it causes delays to the shoot, this is not my responsibility.
What happens if my product is delayed getting to you?
Any delays to the delivery time due to postal or courier services are not our responsibility. However, where required, we will request to extend the delivery period without penalty if there are any delays. Please provide tracking information as
How do I get my product back?
Please include a paid return post bag or slip if you want your items returned. If you forget, we can arrange this at your expense or it can organised later.
