The client shipped gadgets and electronics across borders, and the admin was eating them alive. Enquiries were coming in over WhatsApp, email and phone, and plenty were slipping through. So I built them one channel that catches every enquiry the second it lands, handles the back-and-forth on quotes, collects the shipping and order details, and keeps people updated right through to delivery. Sales calls drop straight into the calendar now, and their CRM in GoHighLevel keeps the whole thing tidy. Took hours of admin off their plate, and leads get answered way faster than before.

This was a real estate agency that kept losing time chasing bookings by hand. I set it up so an enquiry turns into a booked viewing on its own, without anyone copying details across or forgetting to follow up. Built the automations in n8n, and got their CRM sorted in GoHighLevel so every lead had a proper home. They ended up booking more viewings, with a lot less faff.
