About this gig

Your website should bring you leads, not just sit online. I build fast, modern real estate websites with live MLS listings and an AI assistant that answers visitors and collects their details for you.

What you get:

  • Live IDX/MLS listing search with map, filters and saved searches
  • Neighbourhood pages built to rank on Google
  • AI chat assistant that answers buyer and seller questions 24/7 and books calls
  • Lead forms connected to your CRM (BoldTrail/kvCORE, Lofty, Follow Up Boss)
  • Mortgage calculator, home valuation form and booking calendar
  • Mobile-first design, speed optimisation and on-page SEO

I work with agents and teams in the US and Canada, including eXp Realty agents, and have set up IDX Broker and CREA DDF feeds.

Good to know:

  • Your IDX subscription and MLS approval stay in your name. I handle the full setup.
  • I build on WordPress by default so you can edit everything yourself. Custom-coded sites are available on request.

Message me with your market and MLS board. I will tell you what is possible and what it will cost before you order.

I build web apps and automations that use AI to do real work for a business. Since 2022 I have delivered MVPs, SaaS dashboards and client portals for founders and small businesses. I started as a certified Bubble.io developer and now also build in custom code with Next.js, Supabase and Claude Code, so you fully own what I deliver. I also specialise in real estate: IDX websites, CRM setup and AI lead follow-up for agents and teams in the US and Canada. Message me with your idea. I will tell you honestly what it takes.
