How do we connect for the remote session?
A: I use AnyDesk or TeamViewer by default. If your environment requires RDP through a jump host or VPN, I can work with that too. We schedule the session in advance at a time that suits your maintenance window.
Do you need domain admin access?
A: Yes, for most tasks. I recommend creating a temporary admin account for the engagement. I document every change made during the session and follow least-privilege principles throughout.
What Veeam versions do you support?
A: Veeam Backup and Replication v10, v11, v12, and v13. I also support Veeam Agent for Windows and Linux, and Veeam ONE for monitoring.
Can you work on VMware or Proxmox environments?
A: Yes. While this gig focuses on Hyper-V, I regularly work with VMware vSphere and Proxmox VE. Message me before ordering to confirm scope.
What if the issue is not resolved within the session?
