I successfully designed and developed the Vanessa AI SaaS Platform, an advanced AI-powered automation system built using n8n as the core orchestration engine. The platform integrates Telegram triggers, voice input processing (audio download and transcription), OpenAI chat model intelligence, memory buffer management, and multiple connected service agents including Google Drive, Email, Calendar, Contact management, and Calculator tools. The system was structured to handle both text and voice inputs, automatically transcribe audio messages, process user intent through an AI agent layer, and execute task-based actions through connected service modules. I implemented structured routing using conditional logic (Switch nodes), tool based agent architecture, and response automation to ensure seamless conversational workflows. The project took approximately 3–4 weeks to complete, including architecture planning, automation workflow design, API integrations, testing, debugging, and optimization. Throughout the development process, the client remained highly active and collaborative. I encouraged iterative testing during key checkpoints to ensure alignment with the client’s expectations. After testing, the client identified several minor issues and edge case errors, which I promptly diagnosed and resolved to ensure stable performance and production readiness. Clear communication and responsiveness played a key role in delivering a polished final product. The project was completed within a budget range of $1,500 to $2,300, and the client expressed strong satisfaction with the final delivery. My commitment to quality assurance, performance optimization, and continuous improvement ensured the platform met both functional and strategic business requirements.
