About this gig
We provide clear, asset-marked floor plans to help you identify, locate and manage assets easily.
Simply provide us with your original floor plan showing the relevant assets, such as smoke detectors, sprinklers, fire hose reels, fire extinguishers and fire blankets. We then mark each individual asset with a unique identification code, such as SD0001 for Smoke Detector 1 or FB0100 for Fire Blanket 100.
A clear legend is also included to explain each asset code and type.
The completed marked-up floor plan can be used with asset management platforms such as SafetyCulture/iAuditor, making it easier to add, locate, inspect, maintain and manage each asset.

Why should I trust you with my floor plans?
I am a Civil Engineer with over 3 years of experience in forensic engineering. I currently work as an Asset Coordinator, giving me practical experience in asset identification, asset management and floor plan documentation.
What type of assets can you mark?
I can work with all building asset plans, such as Fire, HVAC, electrical and mechanical assets, depending on your requirements.
What do I need to provide?
Simply provide your existing floor plan with shown assets in a clear format such as PDF, CAD, PNG or JPG, along with any available asset information. I will take care of the marking and identification. A Legend for the asset icons would also be helpful.
Will each asset have a unique identification number?
Yes. Each asset will be assigned a clear and unique code, such as SD0001 for Smoke Detector 1 or FB0100 for Fire Blanket 100. Or if the asset already has a unique code in the plan, that code will be assigned. A legend will also be provided for easy reference.
Can I use the marked-up plan in an asset management system?
Yes. The completed floor plan is designed to make it easier to locate and manage assets in platforms such as SafetyCulture/iAuditor and other asset management systems.
