Will I need to share patient data (PHI) with you?
No. Policies are written from information about your systems, roles and vendors, not patient records. Please do not send any PHI through Fiverr.
Do you also offer a security risk analysis?
Yes, as a separate gig. Policies and a risk analysis work best together: the risk analysis shows what to fix, and the policies document how you manage it going forward.
