What do you need to start my project?
Please share your existing floor plans, sketches, hand-drawn drawings, PDFs, DWG files, site plans, dimensions, or reference images. Also, explain your project requirements and any specific changes you need. The more details you provide, the more accurately I can prepare your drawings.
Can you create a floor plan from a hand sketch or image?
Yes. I can convert your hand-drawn sketches, reference images, PDF files, or provided measurements into a clean, professional, and accurately dimensioned 2D floor plan.
Do you provide drawings for the USA?
Yes. I work on residential & Commercial projects for clients across the USA. Drawings can be prepared based on the applicable project and jurisdiction requirements provided by the client.
Do you provide complete permit drawings?
Yes. Depending on your project, I can prepare architectural permit drawings including floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, foundation plans, site plans, and schedules.
Can you draft elevations, sections, or MEP plans?
Yes. I can prepare exterior elevations, building sections, roof plans, foundation layouts, electrical plans, plumbing plans, and HVAC layouts, depending on the project requirements. Structural calculations, engineered details, and MEP load calculations need to be handled by local professionals.
Do you provide UK planning drawings?
Yes. I can prepare architectural drawings for UK planning and building-related projects, including existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans
How do you handle projects larger than your package limits?
Yes, of course. Before placing an order, I will review your requirements, drawings, and project scope and provide a custom offer with an appropriate price and delivery timeline.
What if I need modifications after delivery?
Each package includes a specified number of revisions. I am happy to make reasonable adjustments within the original agreed scope. However, major layout changes, additional drawings, or new requirements beyond the original scope may require an additional fee.
Can you work with an existing AutoCAD or Revit file?
Yes. Working from an existing DWG or Revit model can make revisions faster and more accurate.
Do these drawings include architectural stamps or permit approval guarantees?
No. I provide architectural drafting and design services. I am not a licensed architect or engineer and do not provide stamps, signatures, or guaranteed permit approvals. As per your local building department needs, you may need a licensed local professional to review, approve, and stamp the drawing
