Do you need my whole codebase?
Yes, ideally. Adding a feature well means understanding how the rest of the app is structured. A zip works if you'd rather not share a repo.
What if my code is messy?
Very normal, especially with inherited projects. I'll work with what's there. If something genuinely blocks the feature, I'll tell you before starting rather than halfway through.
Can you add a feature that needs backend work?
I can connect your app to Firebase or an existing API. A custom backend from scratch is a bigger scope — message me and I'll be straight about whether it's a fit.
Will this break my existing app?
That's the risk with feature work, which is why I keep changes scoped and explain exactly what I touched. Test on your side before you accept delivery.
