Do you accept custom Order ?
Yes, I accept custom order. If any of the Gig packages don't suit you, You can request for a custom order.
Can you deliver in 1 day ?
Yes, I can deliver in 1 day if everything is specified at the start of order. Moreover, you can't request multiple revision for 1-day delivery. Explain everything before the start of order so no revisions are required.
What are those software's you use for 3D modeling, designing and 2D drawings?
I use SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, Autodesk Inventor, Catia, Maya, Ansys, Keyshot, AutoCad,onshape
What will happen when the client not satisfied with the Delivered Model/Design?
First of all its my duty to deliver you the desired product you are asking for. I will try my best to fulfill the buyers requirements with my Professional expertise. If client is not satisfied then, I will revise his modeling project.
How many revisions you can provide for standard package ?
I try to provide unlimited unless the buyer is satisfied with the final delivery. You can't change the design completely, it will not be considered a revision. New Design will be treated as separate order.
What is the source file ?
Source files are native files which can be modified easily if you have the relevant software. These files are not locked or protected. For example, Solidworks source file format is "sldprt" for PART and "sldasm" for ASSEMBLY.
What format of animation I'll get at the completion of order ?
You can request for any format. Quality or Duration of animation depends on the project budget. I'll deliver at least 10 sec of animation for all orders. I usually deliver animation as MP4 format.
What if I don't have a software to view the delivered files ?
I'll deliver a drawing as PDF, 3D PDF Files and Multiple images of the model so you can view design and request for modifications if any.

Can you sign NDA for projects ?
