FAQ
I already have a designed part and want to have it analyzed. What should I do?
In case your model is designed in SolidWorks and is optimized for study, we will ask for the design files and after receiving it, we will start your model's analysis! Your model may need design optimization to be able to be analyzed; we will make sure to inform you if such a process was required.
I do not have a designed model. How can you help me with analysis of my model?
We can proudly help you with bringing your ideas to reality with our "Design & Assembly" service! After designing the model is finished, we can start the analysis process and provide you with details on how the model performs.
Do you provide CFD / fluids analysis as well?
At the moment, we only provide FEA / mechanical & structural analysis; but we are looking up to increasing the range of our services to help more companies ensure the reliability of their products!
What is my written report going to look like?
We use SolidWorks report tool to extract all the information from the study to a text file. Then adding our touch to improve on the legibility of the text and personalize it to your needs. Our reports contain up to 2000 words and can be customized based on your needs.
What sorts of evaluations do you provide?
At your demand, we can evaluate your model for interference, symmetry, geometry, hole alignment, clearance checks and many other checks to help you further understand your model and its behavior.
Do you provide counseling on model sustainability and decreasing manufacturing cost?
We currently do not offer services based on counseling, including manufacturing cost minimization or product sustainability checks.
How do I know the analysis made is trustable?
We rely on our experience and abilities to ensure all studies are completely realistic and trustable. But for further reassurance, our portfolio includes some examples of our simulations. We will also provide reports of several advanced diagnostic tools and techniques about the study to assure you.
Will I be informed of the project progression?
Of course! We will send you updates at every necessary stage to confirm the project is in line with your requirements, and make any necessary changes if any is asked. This of course requires you to inform us quickly of your opinions for us to sooner deliver your project.
How can the optimization service help me?
We can optimize your model for a more efficient design, less material use, less cost and manufacturing time, best material choice, and better performance. These can all be tweaked in detail to ensure the best parameters are found.
