For WordPress issues I'll need WordPress admin access. If it's a hosting/server-level issue, I'll also need cPanel or hosting access. For HTML/CSS issues, access to the website files is enough.
What's the best way to show you the bug?
A screenshot or short screen recording is the fastest way. Videos help me understand the issue much quicker than text.
How long does a fix usually take?
Most issues are resolved within 1–3 hours. Complex bugs may take longer — I'll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
Do you offer custom quotes for bigger projects?
Yes, always message me first. I prefer to send a custom offer after understanding your specific needs so I can give you the most accurate scope and price.
