No, your data is safe. All important information, including products, orders, customers, and more, will be preserved. I ensure a seamless transition without any data loss.
How long will my store be down during the upgrade?
Your store will only experience downtime for 2-3 hours while we finalize the upgrade. During this time, the new version will replace the old one.
What if I need more than 5 modules upgraded or have custom modules/themes?
For more than 5 modules, you can purchase additional gigs. If your modules or themes require paid upgrades, you will need to provide the necessary licenses.
Can I test the upgraded store before it goes live?
Absolutely! You'll have access to a temporary URL to test the new version thoroughly before the final switchover.
Do I need to purchase new licenses for my modules and themes?
Only if your current versions are incompatible with the latest Prestashop version and require a paid upgrade. I will inform you in advance if this is necessary.
How do I know if my store needs an upgrade?
