FAQ
Which platform is best for my business QuickBooks Online or Xero?
Both are excellent. I recommend QuickBooks Online for most US small businesses (simpler setup) and Xero for multi-currency or UK/Canadian businesses. I'm certified in both and can advise based on your needs.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Send me your latest bank and credit card statements, PayPal/Stripe statements, and access to your QuickBooks online or Xero. I'll review everything and send you a clear plan within a few hours.
What bookkeeping services can you provide?
I follow the GAAP standards for bookkeeping and accounting processes. Normally it starts with setting up the chart of accounts, import banking data, categorization of transactions, Payroll processing, vendor accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax-ready reports.
What if I'm way behind on my books (12–36 months)?
No problem! I specialize in catch-up bookkeeping. I can efficiently clean up and organize months of transactions and get your books tax-ready for filing.
Are you available for ongoing bookkeeping?
Yes. Most clients start with a cleanup and move to a fixed monthly plan: reconciliation, categorization, P&L & Balance Sheet every month, and tax-ready books all year. Message me with your monthly transactions and number of accounts and I will send a fixed custom quote — no hourly billing.
Do you work with ecommerce businesses?
Yes! I specialize in e-commerce bookkeeping for Shopify, Amazon, Amazon FBA, Etsy, WooCommerce, and other marketplaces. I handle payout reconciliation, transaction posting, and seller fee tracking.
Do you handle ecommerce tax reporting and 1099 forms?
I handle bookkeeping and reconciliation to prepare your records for tax filing. For actual tax filing and 1099 reporting, I recommend consulting with a tax professional, but my accurate records make their job easier.
Can you help me understand my financial reports?
Yes! I provide clear P&L and Balance Sheet reports and explain what your numbers mean. Many clients ask for monthly insights and recommendations, which I include in ongoing bookkeeping packages.
Why should I choose your bookkeeping service?
I am a CPA & ACA and Fiverr Pro vetted bookkeeper with 10+ years of experience, QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Xero certified. This gig has completed 1,900+ orders with a 5.0 rating from 830+ reviews — most clients stay with me for monthly bookkeeping after their first cleanup.
How do you guarantee my data security?
Data security is my core priority. Your financial information is treated with complete confidentiality and protected through secure, password-protected access to QuickBooks Online and Xero. I never share sensitive data with third parties. I'm happy to sign an NDA and Privacy Agreement if required.
