About this gig
If your team uses Claude Code but everyone has their own habits, results vary a lot from person to person. I set it up for your codebase so everyone starts from the same base.
That means a CLAUDE.md file that explains your architecture, conventions and common commands, shared skills and slash commands for the tasks your team repeats, and MCP connections to tools like GitHub, your issue tracker or your database. I add hooks that run your tests and linters automatically, and permission settings that keep risky commands behind an approval.
Everything comes as a pull request you can review, and none of it changes your production code. Standard and Premium include a live walkthrough with your team.

No. I only add configuration and documentation, delivered as a pull request you review.
