This gig would kick-off with understanding and assessing the functional requirements for building an automation test framework as a basic task and work towards the prioritisation of the test scenarios. We'd then move on to assessing the best suited automation testing tool/framework for this purpose and get that setup in the desired systems to proceed.

We then move on to creation of test script(s) based on the plan chosen and the coverage required, and then design a test suite.

Once the desired infrastructure is available and setup, automation tests would be run as per plan chosen and results would be analyzed and reports would be shared to conclude the gig.

Any issues identified would be raised proactively and tracked to closure with desired support from the respective teams. Implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing would conclude the gig (based on the chosen plan). Any additional tasks outside the gig scope would need to be worked out and agreed to be included as a part of the gig.
