I will uncover customer pain points and objections
Flexible and Approachable
About this Gig
Struggling to understand what your customers want, dislike, or hesitate about before buying?
I research public customer reviews, forums, Reddit threads and competitor feedback to identify recurring pain points, buying objections and customer priorities.
You'll receive a structured report with source links so you can check the evidence behind the findings.
Basic: 5 customer pain points and a concise summary.
Standard: 10 pain points and 5 buying objections, with analysis.
Premium: 15 pain points, 10 objections and feedback analysis for up to 3 competitors.
Each package covers one product or service, one target audience and one market. Findings reflect available public feedback, not a representative survey of all customers.
Ideal for founders, marketers, e-commerce brands and agencies who want customer insights without hours of searching.
Public sources only. Paid databases, surveys, interviews, presentations and full marketing strategies are not included.
For very niche markets, message me before ordering so I can check whether enough relevant feedback is available.
FAQ
1. What do you need from me before you start?
Just send me your product or service, your target customer, and your website if you have one. If there are any competitors you want me to focus on, you can send those too.
2. Where do you get the customer insights from?
I research publicly available sources such as customer reviews, forums, Reddit discussions, social conversations, and competitor feedback where relevant.
3. Will I get the source links as well?
Yes. I include relevant public source links so you can see where the findings came from instead of receiving unsupported assumptions.
4. Can you research any industry?
Most industries are fine as long as there is enough public customer discussion available. If your market is very niche, message me first and I’ll confirm whether there is enough useful data to work with.
5. What counts as a revision?
A revision covers corrections or clarification of the research already delivered. Changing to a different product, audience, market, or competitor would require a new order or additional scope.
