What kind of APIs can you develop?
I develop lightweight REST APIs using Python and FastAPI. Common use cases include JSON data processing, simple CRUD operations, data retrieval, and integration with existing applications. Please share your requirements before ordering.
How many API endpoints are included?
The Basic package includes 1 simple endpoint, Standard includes up to 3 endpoints, and Premium includes up to 6 simple endpoints. Complex business logic or integrations may require a custom quote regardless of endpoint count.
Will I receive the source code and documentation?
Yes. All packages include the agreed Python source code and setup instructions. Standard and Premium also include FastAPI-generated OpenAPI documentation and more detailed implementation notes.
Can you integrate a database?
Yes. The Premium package includes basic SQLite integration for a single data table and agreed CRUD operations. More complex schemas, database migrations, or external database services require a separate quote.
Can you provide Docker configuration?
Yes. The Premium package includes basic Docker configuration for the FastAPI application. Remote VPS deployment, cloud infrastructure setup, and ongoing hosting are not included unless separately agreed.
Do you include API testing?
Yes. I test the agreed endpoints using representative requests and expected responses. Testing covers the agreed functionality but does not constitute a full security audit, penetration test, or production load test.
Can you integrate my API with an existing frontend?
I can develop endpoints based on your frontend's documented requirements. Frontend code changes, browser integration, and complex authentication flows are not included by default and may require a custom quote.
Do you provide authentication and user management?
Complex authentication, OAuth, user account management, and role-based access control are not included in my standard packages. These features require additional planning and a separate quote.
Can you deploy the API to my VPS or cloud server?
Deployment assistance may be available as an additional service. Please provide your operating system, hosting provider, and deployment requirements. Server subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are not included.
Can you build a complete SaaS backend?
My standard packages focus on small, clearly defined FastAPI projects. Complete SaaS platforms, payment processing, multi-tenant systems, complex authentication, and large production architectures require a separate project assessment.
