I have a background in social work, as well as certifications in rehabilitation and nutrition coaching. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard without judgment and treated with respect. Throughout my work, I supported individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities as well as older adults, providing one-to-one support and a safe space where they could openly share their thoughts and concerns. This experience strengthened my active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills while helping clients navigate personal challenges with compassion and empathy.
