About this Gig
I clean and organize a spreadsheet you send: Excel (.xlsx / .xls), CSV, a Google Sheets export, or a Numbers export (xlsx or csv).
I deliver cleaned xlsx and/or csv. Those files open in Google Sheets and in Apple Numbers. I do not log into your Google or iCloud, and I do not need your password.
Typical work: remove duplicates, trim spaces, fix date and number formats, split or merge columns, clean headers, and return a short change log. I work from your list of what "clean" means. I do not invent missing facts. Empty stays empty unless you give a rule.
Send the file or a representative sample, the columns that must not be dropped, and a short list of jobs (dupes, dates, split names, and so on).
This is not financial advice, forecasting, or an audit. It is not a dashboard or a VBA build. It is not PDF-to-Excel (a different gig). I do not scrape sites behind a login.
After I deliver the cleaned file and the change log, I delete your source and working files from my side. I do not keep your sheet.

What do you need from me?
The file (or a representative sample), what "clean" means in one list (dupes? dates? split names?), and columns that must not be dropped.
Will you fill in missing data?
I do not invent missing facts. Empty stays empty unless you give a rule.
What happens to my file after delivery?
I delete your source file and my working copies after I deliver. I do not keep your sheet.
Google Sheets or Numbers?
Yes as files. Send a Sheets or Numbers export (xlsx/csv). I return xlsx and/or csv you can open in Sheets or Numbers. I do not log into your account and I do not ask for a password.
Do you convert PDFs?
No. That is a different gig (PDF tables to Excel).
Do you use AI, and what if I do not want AI used?
Yes, as a default tool, then I check the file before you get it. I do not send raw, unreviewed output. If you do not want AI used, say so before the order starts: I will use a non-generative path (formulas and scripts only) if that meets the brief, or I will decline.
What if my file is larger than the package cap?
I decline or send a quote after I see a sample. I do not start over-cap work on the listed price.
Do you give tax, legal, or investment advice? Do you have reviews?
