About this Gig
I convert tables and lists in a PDF you own into a spreadsheet.
Default delivery is xlsx. I also deliver csv on request, or both. Those files open in Google Sheets and in Apple Numbers. I do not log into your Google or iCloud. I do not claim a native .numbers package. I do not need your password.
You name the page range. I put one sheet per table or per page range you ask for. I spot-check cells against the PDF. If a cell is unreadable I leave it blank and flag it. I do not invent totals.
This is conversion, not a full clean. Light header cleanup is in Premium only. Deeper cleaning is a different gig.
I do not OCR handwriting I cannot read. I do not extract books we do not have rights to. I do not do exam papers or answer keys. I do not interpret medical records. I do not sell bank-statement work as credit repair.
After I deliver the workbook, I delete your PDF and my working files. I do not keep your document.
Image-only scans that fail extract: I say so and refund or re-quote. I do not silently guess numbers.

What do you need from me?
The PDF, the page range, and whether headers repeat.
Google Sheets or Numbers?
I deliver xlsx and, if you ask, csv. Those open in Sheets and Numbers. I do not log into your account.
What if a cell is unreadable?
I leave it blank and flag it. I do not invent totals.
Do you clean the sheet after convert?
Basic and Standard are conversion. Premium includes light header cleanup only. A full clean is a different gig.
What happens to my file after delivery?
I delete your PDF and my working copies after I deliver. I do not keep your document.
Bad scan?
If extract fails I tell you and refund or re-quote. I do not guess numbers.
Do you use AI?
Yes, as a default tool, then I check the file before you get it. I do not send raw, unreviewed output. The Gig title names the product, not the tool.
What if I do not want AI used?
Say so before the order starts. I will use a non-generative path (manual table entry / non-generative extract) if that can meet the brief, or I will decline. I will not take the money and then use a generator anyway.
