What information do you need from me?
Please provide the project location and any available source information, such as survey files, PDFs, CAD/DWG files, GIS data, utility records, aerial imagery, or links to public GIS portals. I can work with the information available for the project.
Can you obtain existing property and ROW information?
Yes. Where publicly available, I can use county/municipal GIS portals and parcel viewers to obtain parcel boundaries, ROW information, property data, roads, and other relevant existing conditions.
Can you plot existing utilities?
Yes. I can incorporate available existing utility information, including water, sewer, stormwater, electric, telecommunications, and fiber. Utility information will be represented based on the field survey data provided by your or publicly available information e.g water utility maps
Do you provide survey services?
No. This service is focused on CAD/GIS basemap preparation and drafting. I do not replace a licensed land survey or field survey. Survey information supplied by the client can be incorporated into the basemap.
Can you work with US projects?
Yes. I can prepare basemaps for projects in the United States and other locations, provided sufficient source information is available
