What information do you need to start?
Please provide sample input files, an example of the desired output, a clear description of the current process and the exact rules the automation should follow. Please remove or anonymize sensitive information where possible.
Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering Standard or Premium, or whenever your workflow is technically unclear. Send your sample files, expected result, and processing rules so I can confirm the right package.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers adjustments within the originally agreed requirements. New features, additional data sources, new output formats or changes to the original workflow are not revisions and may require an additional offer.
Can you automate any Excel, CSV or Google Sheets process?
Many repetitive processes can be automated, but not every request fits a standard package. Complex databases, external systems, APIs, user accounts or large applications must be reviewed before ordering.
Is the source code included?
Yes, the source code for the delivered custom automation is included. Third-party libraries, software and reusable components remain subject to their original licenses.
Do you provide support after delivery?
I provide 7 days of bug support for issues related to the originally agreed functionality. New features, changed input files or changed requirements are not included in bug support.
Can you work with confidential or personal data?
Please do not send sensitive or personal data before we discuss the project. Use anonymized sample data whenever possible. If real data is required, we must first agree on a safe and suitable approach.
