Worked in face-to-face sales and B2B field marketing for Link Marketing, speaking directly with potential customers and business decision-makers. The role focused on approaching people confidently, explaining offers clearly, handling objections, building trust quickly, and converting conversations into sales or qualified interest. This experience helped me develop strong communication, persuasion, customer psychology, negotiation and closing skills. It also gave me direct experience in understanding what makes people stop, listen and take action — skills I now apply when creating video adverts, marketing campaigns and social media content for businesses. Key responsibilities included door-to-door sales, business outreach, lead generation, product/service presentation, objection handling, customer communication and performance-based sales.
