The "Premium" package has voice chat included, since it is a more in depth coaching session. On the other hand, "basic" and "standard" only include a couple of tips towards the end of the session.
What happens if I can’t make it to the scheduled session?
You can reschedule as long as you notify me at least 12 hours in advance. If you don’t join the session within 10 minutes of the agreed time and don’t notify me beforehand, the session is considered completed.
