Want your books done every month without chasing it? I handle your QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and close each month with clean reports.
Every month I:
- Categorize all transactions from your bank and credit card feeds
- Reconcile every account to your statements
- Review uncategorized items, duplicates and unusual entries
- Check Accounts Receivable and Payable for stale items (Standard and Premium)
- Enter up to 30 bills or invoices (Premium)
- Deliver a P&L and Balance Sheet as PDF with a short note on what changed (Standard and Premium)
Month-end close means every account reconciled, uncategorized items resolved or flagged, and reports delivered.
How it works: start with one month as a trial. After you order, I send simple steps to add me as an accountant user in QuickBooks Online. I never ask for your password. If you're happy, we continue monthly.
About me: 4+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, on-time delivery and plain-English notes.
Not included: payroll, sales tax filing, tax advice or tax returns. QuickBooks Online only (not Desktop).

Is this a long contract?
No. Start with one month as a trial and continue only if you're happy. There is no contract. You can stop after any month.
What does month-end close include?
Every account reconciled to your statements, uncategorized items resolved or flagged for you, A/R and A/P reviewed (Standard and Premium), and the P&L and Balance Sheet delivered as PDF.
When will I get my reports?
Within 3 days on Basic, 5 days on Standard, 7 days on Premium, once I have your statements and QuickBooks access.
Do you need my QuickBooks password?
No, never. You invite me as an accountant user in QuickBooks Online and can remove my access at any time. I send the simple steps after you order.
My books are behind. Where do I start?
Order my QuickBooks clean up and catch-up gig first, then switch to monthly. Starting from clean books keeps every later month accurate and faster.
Do you work in QuickBooks Desktop?
No. I work in QuickBooks Online only. If you use Desktop, message me before ordering and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
Can you enter bills and invoices?
Yes, on the Premium package: up to 30 bills or invoices entered per month. On other packages I work from your bank and credit card transactions only.
What if I have more transactions than the package allows?
Message me before ordering with your monthly transaction count and accounts. I will suggest the next package, an extra transactions add-on, or a custom offer.
Does this include payroll, tax filing or tax returns?
No. This service covers bookkeeping and month-end reports only. I do not do payroll, file sales tax, prepare tax returns or give tax advice.
