Please send your website URL, screenshots or a screen recording, the steps needed to reproduce the issue, and any recent changes made to the website.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. WordPress issues vary in complexity, so please contact me first. I will review the issue and recommend the correct package.
Do you need WordPress login details?
Most technical issues require temporary WordPress administrator access. Hosting or FTP access may also be required for critical errors. Credentials should only be shared through the Fiverr order page.
What is considered a small issue?
A small issue is one straightforward problem that can normally be fixed without extensive custom coding, such as a CSS issue, minor responsive problem or plugin configuration error.
Do you fix hacked websites?
Malware removal and hacked-site recovery are not included in the regular packages. Please contact me for an assessment and custom offer.
Will you take a backup?
